Example. Cospectral graphs with the same selector [fdip-005H]

There are selected backgrounds related by the orthogonal comparison with no signed graph arrow. On vertices \(\{0,1,2,3,4,5\}\), take simple graphs with unit weights and the following unordered edges: \[\begin {aligned} E_A&=\{02,03,04,05,14,15,23\},\\ E_B&=\{02,04,05,12,14,15,23\}. \end {aligned}\] Orient each edge from its lower to its higher endpoint, choose \(m=1\), and in both cases choose \(P=\mathbf 1\mathbf 1^T/6\), the projector onto the constant line. Both graphs are connected. Their degree multisets are \((4,2,2,2,2,2)\) and \((3,3,3,2,2,1)\), so even their unoriented incidence presentations are not isomorphic.
